Roast Lamb on Rice.
Arabic style lamb and rice .Both are cooking seperatly,arrange lamb on rice .Normaly lamb stuffed with dried fruits ,lentil ,which one is you like ,you can accept.Gurnish with roast lamb liver ,boiled egg etc.Rice cook same as pulao.
