Ravioli making different type ,here I make ravioli with charcoal grilled eggplant with ricotta stuffed ravioli.I know every body like this preparation because its good flavour ,it toss with baby spinach and fresh basil leafs ,extra virgin olive oil ,onion garlic etc.Enjoy the fresh pasta.
