Spicey Sherry Filet with special beet root dip

Medium size sherry filet marinate with lime juice,crushed pepper, turmeric,chilly powder,ginger ,garlic ,fenugreek powder and little oil mix together and apply with fish .Fry on hot plat with oil.Serve with beetroot ,cauliflower ,spicey puree.
