If one time taste this item ,I am sure you try again., because of its taste and softnes.Here am cut short rib big cube and roast in pot with herbs, bay leaf,onion ,garlic,carrot ,celery ,leeks,pepper corn salt ,beef stock seasoning .I like short rib serve with silky carmelizedgarlic mash potato and roast greavy.
