Fish cut into cube and marinated with salt ,pepper,garlic ,lemon juice little sambal sauce ,oil etc ,skewer and dip in white sesame seeds grill serve with spicy chutney or suace .Here I make one spicy sauce ,that sambal sauce ,salt ,sundried tomato paste ,lemon juice etc ,blend together,serve with fish skewer .
