H amour filet cut in to cub ,marinate with salt ,pepper , lemon juice ,garlic,sesame oil,sambal sauce etc skewered ,dip in sesame seed and grill.Serve with hot sauce ,here i suggesting sambal sauce mix with little xo sauce ,mixture blend and cook well >enjoy...................
