Stuffed Black pomfret.

First ,remove born of each fish ,but never fish separate two.Make stuffing with sauted onion ,garlic chopped mushroom ,shrimps ,herbs ,salt ,pepper.Grill whole fish ,serve with sauted baby spinach.
