Here wine leaf marinated with salt ,pepper,olive oil,garlic thyme,lemon juice etc and Juline,celery ,leak,keep with fish and wrapped with pickled wine leaf wrap and steam ,serve with red pepper and tomato sauce .If you like white wine use for marination.If you buy wine leaf ,may that one sour and salt ,when we marinating fish consider this seasoning also.Enjoy the healthy and taste dish.........
